Bart and Andy were exceptional, literally could not have been more helpful and friendly. Committing to a new car is a big deal and they were there to answer all questions and kept me in the loop at every stage of the process. Could not be more thrilled with the new car but they made the experience extra special. Thanks so much again to you both, Naomi

Great experience start to finish. Dealing with Bart was a pleasure. Not pushy at all, delivered the car that I actually wanted rather than trying to oversell. Happy to recommend and plan to return for the next one

Very straightforward and helpful team. Strong and clear communication as well as quick and efficient. I bought my Mini here and I've enjoyed great service ever since. Thank you!

Highly recommended it. Went to the service department to deal with a fault, and they were able to setup an appointment on the same day. Got everything sorted in no time and was surprised when they sent a video review of state of the car, top up fluids, and did a general check which I appreciated as they didn't have to. Yes, is a dealer so some services may cost a little more than an independent garage, but you get what you pay for.

I had a wonderful experience in J Donohoes when purchasing my new BMW. Bart was very knowledgeable about the car, gave me a test drive, as I was nervous about moving to an automatic transmission, something that another BMW dealer didn’t offer!!! Andy in Finance explained all options to me and patiently answers my questions. The day I picked up my car, Bart had draped it with a silk cloth so I got to “reveal” it, that made it very exciting and I was touched that he would go to the trouble to make my experience so special. I couldn’t recommend J Donohoes higher. Thank you to all.

We bought a 211 C220D from Michael O'Brien in J Donohoe. From the initial call right through to pick up - all in a few days Michael was so attentive and also so helpful. Questions on previous owner, photos and videos, service history etc were all answered promptly and efficiently. On the day of pick up - Michael made himself availble to meet us earlier than opening hours, spent time with us, got to know us and was so helpful. This was our 1st purchase from J Donohoe - we will be back. Great to meet someone who values building relationships. Thanks Michael - much appreciated.

I could not recommend J Donohoe cars enough. Such a professional operation from the moment I stepped on the forecourt. Bart went above and beyond to assist us and was very efficient in dealing with all of our queries both in person and by Whatsapp and telephone after our visit. Old school high class service sets this garage apart from the 5 other garages I visited in my pursuit for the perfect motor

I bought a beautiful Toyota CHR from J Donohoe. Bart was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Fantastic service both professional and friendly.

Bought a used car from J Donohoe this week, the salesman Bart was extremely helpful and very plesasent to deal with. I was offered refreshments after a long drive to Enniscorthy, and felt at ease in the friendly atmosphere of this dealership. Great service and a lovely car. 10/10
