"I booked a manufacturer recall service with John Linnane Motors and waited over four weeks for the appointment. When I finally arrived at the garage, I was refused service. John informed me that because I bought the vehicle elsewhere, I am not his client, and he refused to carry out the work—even though the appointment was already booked and confirmed. I could not believe John's poor manners and lack of work ethic. He was incredibly rude and discriminatory. Please keep away from this place."
