I received my second key in the original package which was a nice touch, and I got my logbook just a week after the purchase, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They also booked and paid for my cars nct which was a lovely extra!
Pawel and Stuart were absolute gentlemen throughout the entire transaction. They were knowledgeable and attentive, but not pushy at all, which I really appreciated as a young woman in my 20s.
