When I first bought my Mini in October 2024, the team was great. An engine light came on while I was driving it home, and they immediately sent it to a garage for a checkup and even gave me a loaner car while it was being sorted. I was really excited about the car and thought I was making a great purchase. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then.

The car has been nothing but trouble. When I got it, it had bald tires, leaking shocks, worn brake discs and calipers, broken wishbones, and misaligned balancing and tracking. It was listed as having 135,000 km, but it was actually in miles, meaning it had 221,000 km, to be honest I was so excited about the car I just saw the 135,000 and didn’t look at it and No one else double-checked the mileage, so that was a huge surprise. The manifold flaps were also removed, causing the car to stall easily when cold and take over an hour to properly warm up. It also makes constant creaking noises while driving, and it feels like I’m constantly dealing with issues.

To be fair, the team did pay for the shocks to be replaced, but I didn’t expect to have to replace everything else. Since October, I’ve already spent 2500 euros on repairs for a 2015 model. I haven’t even driven the car much because I’m terrified of something breaking when I’m far away from home. The only positive thing I can say is that the engine itself is still running fine, but it’s clear that the car wasn’t properly inspected before it was listed online.
I’m so disappointed. If only the car had been thoroughly checked before selling, none of this would be an issue. I was told it had been inspected, but clearly, it was not. The warranty was too short, Now, I’m left searching for another car, which is frustrating because I truly loved the Mini at first.

Would NOT recommend. Does not honour a deal and falsely advertising car info.

Originally add said car had paddle shifts, 1 year NCT and much more on the car. None was through (I would guess copy and pasted from a similar car he had for sale out of laziness) and the NCT was out 3 months after buying the car. Granted the car passed a few weeks before I bought and was back dated. Question mark though on how, considering it failed on 4 things including a tail light. You'll see below the issues I had with this dealer. The delay subsequently ment I had to re do a full NCT again later after AK failed to honour a simple deal done when buying the car and wasted alot of my time.

I bought a Audi a6 of him. Taillight was gone in it. Said he would fix it before I take it. Was waiting three weeks for him to do it. Eventually just was stuck without a car and took it without the tail light on the basis that once he got the new tail light I'd bring it back to get fitted. Eventually three months later after constant phone calls to him he source one. It was of the wrong model. Few more weeks passed by and he wouldn't answer my calls, excuse was he was unwell. Continued to ignore my calls from my number and decided to ring on a friends phone to which he answer straight away. Eventually got 100euro from him to go towards buying the 300euro tail light that I bought new from AutoParts. He refused to buy a new tail light and was only searching for a second hand parts which was the deal. Poor business form a car dealer.

Bigger issue, lied 4 months after buying the car when I got the car serviced and the mechanic noticed the car previously suffered damage and there was a new engine put in and done so poorly.

Eventually just got sick of dealing with it and sold it on for a loss.
