I was in for a repair to my 2022 Fabia bought from Al Hayes over a year ago. The driver side front window had got stuck. Same issue had arisen earlier on both front windows of my wife’s 2018 model. My car was out of warranty. But I felt our experience indicated a generic issue with the model.  Al Hayes showed their customer sensitivity in not charging me for my repair. I will continue happily to do business with them. Straight people as well as professional.

Will never step foot inside the door again. New cars may be fine but dont try to buy second-hand. Selling dangerous cars and then washing their hands of you when problems arise (within a couple of days of purchase!). There are other reputable car dealers within a stones throw of this place. Avoid avoid avoid.
