I have been here a number of times and enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicles without any pressure to buy. I was also reassured when I saw a customer returning to have the pickup that they purchased from the 4x4 team a few years ago further customised- this is always a good sign! I purchased a pickup here recently and had it customised. Friendly relaxed staff that have always more than happy to help.

I bought a Ford Ranger from James in May this year. I could not ask for better customer service and customer experience. There was a small issue with the truck after I'd bought it and the team at Jalex went out of their way to help me. Fraser could not help me enough and really made me feel like a valuable customer. Avoid. Brought a Ford Ranger and still no sign of it nearly 2 weeks later, asking for a refund. Poor communicators as well.
