Ara saved our vacation. We had electrical problems with our Adria Twin that we couldn't fix ourselves. The team immediately offered us an appointment and immediate assistance that afternoon. Absolutely disgraceful. Botched job from the beginning. Completely overcharged for everything and had to get everything replaced elsewhere almost immediately. Won’t name the individual I dealt with but I think maybe some employee reviews are in order.
