Outstanding experience with sales & service departments. They could not have been more accommodating & excellent value when I needed to buy a car in a hurry. Huge thank you to Tomas & Claire.
The service department is great to deal with. They are flexible around dates to suit & efficient in the workshop. Nicole & Tomas are excellent.
The Brady Motor Group are top class to deal with , in fact so good we just purchased a 2nd car from them.

Had my Sportage serviced today and very impressed with how quick and thorough the team were. It was a nice touch to have a complimentary vehicle health check too. The ladies Jane & Nicole were a pleasure to deal with on the phone and were very accommodating when booking the service in.
It was a smooth and quick process from submitting our service booking enquiry to booking. We were let down by another dealer recently so we will be continuing our business with Brady's going forward.

Brady’s Kia couldn’t have been more helpful!!
We had travelled from Belfast to Cavan for a wedding and had a fuel leak on the way. We found Brady’s garage and explained our situation. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Even though they were busy on a Friday afternoon they went out of their way to get our car fixed. Not only did they fix our car they provided tea and coffee, offered to take us back to the wedding reception at the local hotel. A friendly family run business, couldn’t have been better. We just want to thank them so much and ensure they get recognition for a superb customer experience

Terrible garage to buy a car from or get a car serviced - they take advantage of older people who trust what they say and what they charge. They sold a family member a car and promised to repair the many scrapes before they collected it and they only fixed a few and how they were fixed was very very poor, she also had warning lights come on the dash recently and they were worried and they did a diagnosis and replaced a part that cost €15-20 and they charged her well over €300 and I checked with other mechanics and their estimated for the diagnosis and work would be €75-150 total. Also guys reading all your 5 star reviews it looks like you bought a load of fake reviews - would give you a negative review for that if I could. People stay away

Bought a Skoda from Bradys last year. Brought it for a service a few weeks ago and was told the rear brake pads and discs needed replacing which was priced at nearly €400. I questioned this with Edel in the service department as the car didn't have high mileage, but they had no interest in looking into it further.

I took the car without getting the work done and brought it to MSL motors for a second opinion. They said there is nothing wrong with the brake pads or discs and they don't need to be replaced. Not to mention they were much more helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I contacted Bradys about this and so far have been ignored. Top class service after handing over €23k to buy the car last year and after getting all the services done there! Won't be going back or recommending Bradys to anyone.
