Salespeople have a truculent manner. They want to ask all the questions, and seem to dislike hearing or answering them. Zero openness. Maybe I’m just not used to low-end car sales techniques. Kinda turned my stomach actually.

I would give zero star.
Ross showed no integrity. Ross and I came to a price for one of his cars. I was the 1st in line to purchase the car. Told Ross I would be in at lunch time to pay a deposit. He said ok. One hour before i got there he phones me and tells me the car is sold. No respect no ingrity. Not to be trusted.
He broke a verbal contract.
