Unfortunately, my BMW X2 later developed a difficult and persistent water leak issue which turned into a long and frustrating process involving BMW themselves. Even many months later, he continued to support me well beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He kept in contact, helped keep the process moving, organised assistance with BMW, and consistently showed genuine care about getting things sorted properly. At no point did I feel abandoned or brushed aside.

Ross also deserves a mention. Although he wasn’t directly involved in my particular sale, every interaction with him has been professional, friendly, and genuine, and together they’ve created the kind of dealership people actually want to return to.
