I recently purchased my new Volkswagen Polo from Kearys Car store in cork and had David Ion as my salesman, I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service👏
The purchase was easy, fast and efficient. For my first automatic car I was delighted, the car is fab, serviced inside and out and clean, not a scratch on it.
Dropped to my door with a stunning big bouquet 💐. Amazing!

Good motor retailer to work with.
Salesman was on his game.
Huge operation going on there.
Did a deal pretty easy to be fair.
Would have been a 5 star review but for the unexpected delay getting car ready once the deal was done.
I guess it’s a sign of the times all maintenance garages are absolutely flat out.
But car delivered and everything is good to go.

I went in to Kearys just for a look and ended up walking out with my dream car on the same day. The team are so helpful and efficient. I couldn’t recommend them enough. David Ion and Warren were very professional and provided me with great service.

I bought my car in January 2024.
First - there was a delay with delivery due to an issue with one of the wheels - Which they said they will sort out before delivering the car. (Which they refused to give details about and presented issues later).
When I got the car, after it's been cleaned by Valet, there was mold and old food found in the back center console.

After about 2 months of driving the car, I noticed a wobble when slowing down to stop or when I drive on the motorway at 100km ph. I contacted Shane as I know there was an issue with one of the wheels - they never said exactly what the issue was to this day. Shane advised "it's probably just a balancing issue" and offered to get it looked at. I said it would be nice, because I drive my children around. It's been over 4 weeks since I confirmed what my availability was to get this issue fixed and I have not heard anything back.
There has just been empty promises made and no resolutions or action. Doubt I will be returning or advising anyone to buy there. They don't care once the sale is made

A complete waste of time drove 2 and a half hours down to Cork to see a car which I called the morning before to turn up and the car was filthy even though they knew about me driving down to view the car. Centre console damaged and only one key with the car. For the centre console to be repaired and another key they wanted to charge me extra on top of the price of the car. No compromise at all or even an effort to try work out a deal for the damage and missing key which I got a quote from Mercedes would have costed myself around 2 thousand. Felt like we were getting attacked for looking at the car and trying to work out a deal. One of the worse and most aggressive customer service I've received.
