A special shoutout to Ian Hanley, the service manager. The man deserves a medal—or at least a very strong cup of coffee. He somehow manages to be professional, helpful, and genuinely sound all at the same time. You can tell he knows his stuff, but more importantly, he actually cares about getting things sorted properly. No upselling nonsense, no pressure—just honest advice and solid work.

The car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. Honestly, I almost wish something else would go wrong just so I could go back… almost.
