The office itself was a great price compared to other options we had been looking at and was built very quickly, less that 2 week from ordering to it being in was in my back garden.
It is finished to a very high standard and is perfect for our needs.

The main things I liked about these modular units are that they are not a permanent structure like a garden room or steel shed and do not require a concrete base so if we need a larger office in the future it can easily be swapped out or if we decide to move we can take it with us.

I recently purchased a modular pod from Modular Solutions for use as a garden office and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The process was easy and efficient, and Andrew was a great help throughout. The final product is exactly what I wanted and has already made a huge difference to my work life.

Love my modular unit, I use as a home office. Really great space and good quality. This is 3m x 2.2m. I have had for about 5 months through the summer and it has been fab to work in, feels like being outside. It has a window but would benefit from some other ventilation on days when its too windy to open the window while working. I love mine and hope it works as well through the winter. Andrew and staff are fab to deal with too, recommend.
