Audi Kilkenny is a newly opened dedicated Audi Service centre and Audi Approved: plus used car dealer for the Kilkenny area. It is owned and operated by Bolands Group.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Audi Kilkenny and wanted to share my experience. From start to finish, the level of service I received was exceptional.

A special thanks to Joe and Aoife, who were both outstanding throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made everything seamless. They kept me informed at every stage and handled the sale with a level of care and expertise that really stood out.

The way they interacted with me was both friendly and highly professional, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do, and it shows.

I couldn’t recommend Audi Kilkenny highly enough, particularly Joe and Aoife for their brilliant work in getting the sale over the line.

I had to drop off my Audi for a recall and was told it would take a few hours to complete the job. I was then offered tea, coffee if I wished to wait or they would drive me into the city and collect me when the job was done. Overall other staff were very courteous and accommodating. Special mention to Edmond Ryan their service advisor for keeping me advised to what was happening and doing all the arrangements above and beyond the recall , great service . Thanks again Audi Approved plus Kilkenny .

A very good experience buying a vehicle from them. We made the purchase with Joe Dudley; he was very helpful and honest throughout. Highly recommended.

Got the car serviced here and very happy with the experience. The lads were great. Helped me connect Audi app to the car and gave great advice. I’m new to electric cars and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Very good value service at €249 also
