I cannot recommend Audi Waterford enough! We recently purchased a 3-year-old Hyundai Tucson Plug-in Hybrid, and the entire experience was simply outstanding.
A special thanks to Shane Ivory in Sales, who made the whole process incredibly smooth. His friendly, no-pressure approach and professional expertise were exactly what we needed. He treated us with the same care as if we were buying a brand-new model, ensuring everything was perfect with the car.
We also want to highlight Aisling Meehan, the Business Manager, for her exceptional efficiency. She handled the paperwork with such speed and professionalism that the entire transaction felt seamless and stress-free.
It’s rare to find a team that combines such top-tier professionalism with a warm, personal touch. Our Tucson is in pristine condition, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Shane and Aisling, for making this such a joyful and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a dealership you can truly trust, this is the place to go!

Excellent service, the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. My car came back spotless and nothing I asked for was any trouble for any of the staff. The service manager was also exceptional and showed clear and obvious customer care and awareness as I conversed with him when collecting vehicle.

Bought an Audi Q5 from Audi Waterford. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever received from a car dealer ship. Was met at the door by an excellent sales man called shane. I didn’t really know what I wanted but the knowledge that Shane showed through all different Audi models was outstanding. He narrowed it down to a lovely Audi Q5 which I purchased. Shane went above and beyond throughout my whole experience here at Audi Waterford. Shane will definitely be the first I will contact in the future and would recommend anyone to deal with Shane. Many thanks. Rob

I couldn’t recommend Shane and Adrian highly enough. They were both incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met.

They made the purchase of my new car completely seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them both. Thank you Shane and Adrian for making the whole experience such a positive one!

The staff are very friendly, professional and customer service is excellent. Something that is in short supply elsewhere these days. They set a high benchmark. Well done.
