My 2011 mini broke down travelling through Dublin recently and was towed to a towing garage. I called countless mechanics trying to get help and none of them were any help and too busy to even discuss the issue in any detail, some said it's probably not worth fixing!

I called Joe Duffy and spoke to a mechanic called Bobby and he was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and gave me the time on the phone to really cover everything. Really brilliant customer service from his end. Other mechanics I spoke to made me believe it was a head gasket failure and the repair was going to cost more than the car, but Bobby assured me how unlikely it was and that the issue wasn't going to be as bad or expensive as previous mechanics were saying. He told me what he thinks the issue is and gained my trust to have the car sent to him and sure enough his initial diagnosis was bang on and he sorted the issue. They even took the car to store it for a couple weeks until they could actually work on it which saved me paying hundreds to the tow garage.

They even washed and hoovered the car before giving it back to me.

Really fantastic service.

Bought a new mini from Joe Duffy. Andrew help us a lot and always patient and knowledgable about all questions we ask. There is no doubt that we can not be so happy with the new car without his help! Really appreciate of that. He is the whole reason we went from the competitor to Joe Duffy!
