Sligo and Ballybrit in Galway, taking the number of nationwide Mercedes-Benz dealerships to 15. The showrooms have been specifically built to showcase up to 15 of the marque’s latest models, along with a range of Star Select cars on the forecourt.

A dedicated aftersales centres are based at the showrooms with 10 vehicle bays to work on our customers’ cars. While your car is being serviced, you can enjoy making the most of the private customer work stations that are fitted with desks and WiFi.

We also have a parts and accessories shop where you can adapt your Mercedes-Benz to suit you and source any official replacement parts. Our team will advise you on what is needed for your car and arrange for a fitting.

An unexpected issue arose with my car last week. My daughter also had a medical emergency  that required me to have my car on the road.  I phoned Connolly's. Their first concern was that my daughter was the priority. They did everything possible to get my car back on the road as soon as they could. Due to the severity of my daughters complaint, they provided me with a car in case I needed to get to the hospital.  Dolores took my call initially and understood what i was going through. Daryl reassured me that everything was going to be ok and to take care of my daughter. They took my car and fixed it straight away.
The message I want to get out here is that Connolly's put people first. They knew i was having a tough few days. I am definitely not their biggest customer but they gave me a premium service. This is why I will be back again to get my next car.

Some difficulty with a recall issue , however Daryl on the service desk took things in hand and ensured that I was looked after. Providing me with a courtesy car while everything was w resolved. Great service from Connolly’s Galway.

Very pleasant very professional, easy to deal with. I can't give an assessment just yet, as I am waiting for a date to have my faulty sub-frame replaced. Which was due to a Mercedes manufacturer error.
I will give a full review when all this completed.

It only took a day to replace and Hannah made that day feel seamless.

Hannah went above and beyound measures to facilitate the job and to reassure me and arranged a curtesy car.
