I recently purchased my Hyundai Inster from Adam’s of Tralee, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, from the car’s features and specifications to ordering my preferred colour and the after-sales services available. A huge thank you to Noel, who looked after me from start to finish. He was absolutely fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with every part of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made collecting my new car such an exciting experience. The level of customer service at Adam’s of Tralee is outstanding, and it’s clear they really value their customers. Just bought a hyundai kona electric. my first electric car. From Adam's of tralee. A fantastic experience dealing with Marcus and Donie from Adam's. I would highly recommend them, everything was explained in simple terms and told to come back if I wasn't sure about any of the settings in the car, and they would explain further, AND ITS A FANTASTIC CAR.

This is the second time I've purchased a new car from Adams of Tralee. I returned there because of the excellent service from all the staff. One example being a while back when waiting for my car to be serviced. Several times members of staff asked if I was okay and if I needed any refreshments. Liam has always been very helpful and on this occasion again collected me and dropped me back to garage that was putting in my accelerator and brake adaptions. I've also got a very good service package. They also have very competitive prices. I would highly recommend Adams of Tralee.

I bought my car from Adams 1 year ago, and I went in recently with a DPF issue in the car. They first thought it was faulty glowplugs which they replaced, but the issue was still there. The date of the warrenty was slightly gone past by a month or so, but they still honoured replacment of the DPF which I was grateful for. The reception staff were lovely to deal with it. I didnt give 5 stars as i was left without a car for 10 days prior to the glowplugs getting fitted which i was a bit disappointed about. I still rate them as a garage and would purchase again from them in future.
