Exceptional customer service from Richard at Audi Limerick .. ensured I had all the facts when looking to upgrade, and was really great to deal with .. very knowledgeable and easy going.. he made sure I had a test drive of the car, answered every query and made sure I was fully set up before driving away. Great service all round from Audi Limerick and recommend asking for Richard in particular.

Today I met an angel named Michelle who saved me from catastrophe on a wet and dreary Monday evening. Michelle was the very epitome of calm and kindness who took control of my crisis and had my car repaired at Audi Limerick. Everyone I met at Audi Limerick was so welcoming, helpful and professional. I can't thank them enough. One day I will come back and buy my next car from you. If this experience is anything to go by I would be mad to buy anywhere else!!

Had an exceptional service here and just collected our new car today. Darren was a real pleasure to deal with. He genuinely cared for us to ensure that he got us the best deal to match our needs. All other staff were very friendly and made the whole experience totally exceptional. Highly recommended!

Poor Service & False promise on road assistance. I had a very bad experience with Audi Limerick as my car had a louder noise from the engine side upon ignition on. I have given the car and they promised me to give it back after 3 hours and when i call back they said they need one full day and they charged nearly €200 for keeping the car.(better the parking slots in limerick charge under €20 for a day). The issue was not solved and they need one more day to solve it with other €200 . And I was travelling with my car and suddenly handbrake malfunctioned and i call AA road assistance as promised from the Audi limerick after the service, they kept me in the middle of road for 1.5 hours. I contacted some other people and reached home. I won‘t go with my car with Audi Limerick.
