Just called in this morning to ask about the job which was to be done on my van this morning your colleague last week was to organise a tow truck yesterday monday to take the van up to get the van fixed he said its no problem get the van towed back to your house he will organise the tow my wife waited all day for it to arrive i rang 3-5 times and texted 2 times with no responce i called in this morning and asked the guy who was quite rude and didn't seem to care about the situation he said I was off yesterday cant get his colleague i don't know leaving me really angry I asked him do I need to go somewhere else he just shrugged his shoulders we got into trouble breaking down in wexford as the van was already booked in to get the steering and timing belt fixed you agreed to take it in and look after me i was quite releaved but then this happened as a local business man i was putting my business your way thinking of local business in the area and quite frankly Auto doctor is a business with out any good customer service and really dosent care about its customers and I will be saying this to all my business contacts I the area thanks a bunch oh and by the way this comes without saying you can cancle the booking we will go to a proper garage to give them the business and any further business thanks again

Some years ago brought my car to same guy who owns this place. Came to pick up my car to see buttons missing in centre console. Owner says he does not know anything and didnt rake them, neither the mechanic did it and most likely buttons were not there. Told him not collecting the car until buttons are installed back, 3 or 4 days later picked up car with buttons installed back. Guy thinks he knows who he can scam and who to not (wise guy). Look for other place if dont want any surprises or to become a target.

Don’t waste your time with these , been onto them since October to fix electrical issues & keep saying waiting on insurance to get back to them to confirm, been in 4 times & yesterday again & told me would ring me back. They don’t answer the phone so I rang the insurance company & they have not been in touch with them, which doesn’t surprise me. Avoid Avoid TIME WASTERS
