THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR imagine purchasing a car from these guys and giving them 19k euro and find they sell you a lemon and haven't a backbone to follow queries up. I know full well that we signed a waiver excusing them from blame, however, DONT GET CAUGHT BY THEM, YOU. We bought a hyundai ioniq 6 from them 2.5 weeks ago and after 500kms or less, most of which was driving from buncrana to Limerick, we had to be towed to a local hyundai dealer because the ICCU has to be replaced and 6 to 8 weeks car will be parked up. I contacted auto fleet by phone, text and what's app and the response was nada nothing. I only wanted advice but you would swear they thought I was looking for a refund. They are the most inhospitable people to deal with, haven't a clue about customer service or after care service and certainly haven't a clue about electric vehicles. We had to point out missing charger cable even. Please think twice about dealing with them unless you like dealing with bandits. Totally ignorant of the personal circumstances that being without a vehicle for 2 months and don't give an absolute continental. Advice to them, don't sell what you can't service and at least develop empathy
