Called a week in advance. Booked in. Dropped at 9am to check oil on spark plugs and possible issue with brake piston. Had the car for 7 hours and "didn't get a chance" to look at it. Why bother taking bookings? Had time to drive the car 40km to "collect a part for another car" though... Wow. Worst garage experience of my life. The fact that you respond with such an awful attitude towards your terrible service adds to it all.
