Just bought a car from Keith. Absolutely the most genuine, helpful and pleasant guy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to accommodate viewings etc. Any questions asked through WhatsApp answered straight away. Made the whole car buying process simple easy and enjoyable. The VW car I got was in pristine condition and looks great and was a great price. Big Bear Motors offer amazing service, great car at a great price. Customer service second to none! Thank you again Keith for everything. Couldn't be happier.

Fran was very helpful from start to finish and I was very pleased to do business at Big Bear Motors. After sales care was excellent too. I’m enjoying the car and I’m happy to recommend them.

Went looking for my first automatic with Big Bear recently and was sorted with second hand Audi A3 Japanese import with less than 40k km on the clock and in mint condition. I have to say I'll never look back! Keith & Fran went above and beyond to get everything in order and were gents throughout. There was no pushy sales spiel and as someone who's admittedly not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars I always felt I was in good hands. Can't recommend them highly enough

Would recommend Big Bear to everyone! Fran was an absolute pleasure to deal with buying my first car last year and has been fantastic in answering any queries since. Cars are top spec and priced so well. Couldn't recommend the lads more! 😁

I bought a van from Big Bear / Craft Cars Auto Centre Ltd. in November 2025 and dealt with Keith. I paid €11,000 and got receipt and 3 months warranty. I asked about timing chain and Keith said camshaft modification kit been installed by Craft Cars on 26March2025 and was not driven since this work was done. Van was going ok until mid June 2026. I drove into work and when I tried to start it that evening it would not start. A mechanic inspected it and tried to start but could not get it to start. I then got it recovered to garage where mechanic inspected further and discovered a damaged injector and evidence of valve head damage. Engine replacement cost approx. €7, 500. I contacted Keith and after couple of phone calls he washed his hands, final advice being Maurice advised to get second-hand engine in breakers! After sales service? I understand 3 months warranty but I never thought van would not last much longer than that. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about buying a car from this crowd to reconsider and buy from someone who gives at least 1 yr warranty.
