I can’t recommend Blue Diamond Car Sales enough. The whole experience dealing with them has been brilliant from start to finish. The team are very professional, honest, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re buying a car. I actually bought a BMW 330E from them not long ago and the whole process was smooth and stress free. They answered every question I had and made sure I was happy with everything before I drove away. It’s clear they really care about their customers and the reputation of the business. Even after buying the car, their after-sales support has been great. They’ve been nothing but helpful the whole way through, which you don’t always get these days. To say I'm blown away by my experience with John and Blue Diamond Team, feels like an understatement . As a family we are in love with our new car, (Hyundai ix35). Blue diamond is definitely one of the most competitively priced car dealers in Cork. John, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really helpful. I had a really positive experience at Blue Diamond and I'd recommend if you're in the market for a second hand car for sure.

Rang Wednesday morning first thing, ad said appointment only, he told me the car was getting valeted so come at 5, no problem, left work an hour early and drove all the way down to crosshaven. 2 people already looking at it? Thought it was appointment only? was told they haven’t driven it. So I drive it within 2 minutes of coming in, was not even gone 5 minutes of the test drive, I walk back into the garage to be told it’s sold to the other 2. I was far too nice about this situation due to the shock of what happened, how can you sell the car while I’m test driving it and I should have had first preference considering I made the appointment and I actually drove the car. So not only was my time completely wasted it was a case of shrugging the shoulders just sell the car no matter what. I really shouldn’t have been nice about it because my time was totally wasted it, the more people I tell about this situation the more people are shocked about it. So just a word of advice don’t bother making an appointment because it means absolutely nothing and your time will be completely wasted.
