I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

5 stars all round to all staff in Hyundai Bolands Waterford. .  I have received a first rate service  when purchasing a lovely Hyundai Tucson and  also all after care as well. An absolute pleasure to deal with Daniel & Tadhg during the purchasing of our car. Daniel made us feel at ease the minute we met him & was so natural & informative.
