Bolands Waterford

I had the pleasure of dealing with Donnacha in Bolands Waterford. I shopped around a lot before deciding to go with them. Ultimately I chose them because Donnacha was able to provide the exact car I wanted and at the same time I felt he really delivered excellent value for my trade in. The entire process was completely seamless and stress free. The customer service was truly excellent from start to finish. Everything took place according to the timelines Donnacha promised. When I collected the car, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the technology which I was totally unfamiliar with. He was very patient in teaching me all I needed to know to be able to drive away both confident and utterly content! I couldn’t recommend them more highly and I will no doubt be a return customer in the future!

I recently had my EV serviced, along with another required job, in Bolands Waterford and I was blown away by the quality of service I received. Having experienced poor service and customer care from the dealer we bought the car from I was pleasantly surprised. A taxi,provided by Bolands, dropped me into town at 9.30am and collected me at 2.30pm while my car was in the garage, both drivers were very professional and friendly. Due to complications, the work on my car took longer than expected, the team in Bolands were very apologetic, I was provided with a replacement car for the night and was kept up to date with the progress of my car by phone call and text. When I picked up my car the following day it was freshly hoovered (thank you to whoever had that job as the car was filled with sand and dog hair!) and washed. The overall price for the service and work on the car was exceptionally good. It was a pleasure to visit Bolands and it will be the only dealership I will be bringing my car to going forward. Much thanks to Emma on the service desk, Feargh and Evan in the showroom and to all the staff working in the garage.

I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

Bolands waterford was such a great place to buy my Jeep. Dealing with the customer service and also our sales man Evan made it all so easy. The we felt at ease the whole way through the process of buying our jeep. Even after buying the Jeep they were calling to see was everything OK and offering assistance if anything was needed.
