I’ve been a customer of Joe Ferguson at Bright Motors for almost 20 years. From Ford to Volkswagen commercials, Joe is the commercial Van specialist I’ve trusted all these years. Our selection of a new VW Transporter T7 was an easy choice for us. From order to delivery combined with the ease of purchase with VW Bank Financial services, Joe handled it all. We have referred Joe to many of our friends and colleagues over the years. All have purchased from Joe. Need I say any more. Even our boss Larry has approved yet again! Thanks Joe.!

So unprofessional. Was interested in a used van they had for sale. Arrived to have a look. Was told it was out on loan and wouldnt be back for a week and that id get a phone call the following week to update me. Waited the week. No phone call. Had to ring myself. Was told they'd call me back in 15 mins. No phone call back and didnt answer my call when I rang. Decided to call up to be told they sold the van. Would advise to avoid at all costs

Worst place to buy a car from. Was told that service will be done in 1 week, called multiple times and was told that there is extra time needed, total time waited for the car to be serviced was 3 weeks. After i had to receive an invoice, was told im getting an invoice the following day, called multiple times and got it after 1 week. Got the car superglued on the bumper, the wheels were painted random and now they are wavy, and the car got extra 1000km on the board and they lie they didn’t even drove it. Went to a different service afterwards to check if all the “service” mentioned in the invoice were done, and found multiple issues that were not fixed. Called back to them to get the car fixed properly because i have guarantee on it, and they said that “i had to book an appointment to get another vehicle until mine is getting fixed” but i was never told that i need an appointment, i had appointment to get the car fixed that should go together with an appointment on a vehicle that i can use until mine is fixed.

Claiming without evidence that I tampered with the water system on my VW California Grand, in spite of evidence that Trinity VW in Wicklow carried out work on the water system. This VW branch are refusing to carry out warranty work on a bogus claim, so I've had to get lawyers involved. It's taken so long despite contacting them months ago that it is now outside of warranty, and so they're now also using this as an excuse. Between VW Liffey, Sandford Commercial & Trinity, this 100k cash investment while bringing me many memories on the road has given me nothing but nightmares with their various garages. It is no surprise car manufacturers are taking action against many branded dealerships & garages here in Ireland. Why one star? If I have to lawyer up to get a warrenty repair having being called a liar, I consider this pretty much 1 star service.
