Instead of asking us to drive three hours back to Wexford, they arranged for the nearest mechanic to inspect and fix the issue. They also contacted Honda for advice and even got in touch with the Galway dealer in case the problem wasn't resolved. In the end, it was only one wheel that needed replacing, but the level of care and support meant a lot to us.
