Had an excellent experience. We were down in Waterford on holiday in our camper. We had some leisure battery problems and popped in. They were so helpful on the day they fixed us up and off we went. Not everyone would be so helpful; I'd absolutely recommend.

Excellent service! I was in a bind right before a road trip and every other shop turned me away, but they took my car in and fixed it in record time. Fast, reliable, and great prices. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with Car Clinic. I called them to explain an issue with my Mazda 6, but the mechanic rudely dismissed me on the phone without even hearing what was wrong. He said in a condescending tone that they don't work on Mazdas. This is particularly frustrating because I also left a message on their website detailing the problem, and nobody ever got back to me. What kind of "customer service" is that?

This was my first time ever buying a car and upon visit I was assured that the car was in good shape. Admitably I didn’t know much about cars and relied completely on the salesman Patrick. I bought the car on the first week of January and within the first week of February had spent 680 euros on repairs. Within the first month the engine light came on, the wiring in the windows stopped working and my local mechanic told me the brakes were unsafe to be on the road with. As I was only learning to drive at the time, I had only driven the car 4 times that month. I ended up being in the garage once every two months until the car broke down 10 months later. I spent €1800 in total getting the car repaired. I initially paid for a 3 month engine and gear box warranty and when I rang about the problems I was met with total disinterest. As a college student, I had saved up to buy the car it was nothing but a disheartening experience. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase a car from here.
