I noticed a lot of negative comments here, so I wanted to share my own experience. I dealt with Cassidy Car Parts two days ago, and everything went well. They answered all my questions on WhatsApp, and when I arrived, they had the exact part I was looking for ready for me. Unfortunately, the part turned out to be damaged, but they refunded me without any hassle, which I really appreciated. One area that could be improved is the speed of service, as it took a while for the staff to retrieve the parts. Other than that, everything was good. Best of luck to the team, and thanks for the good customer service.

Wasted 2 weeks going back and forth about getting a part delivered, turned out the part was damaged all along so I was refunded. They’re clearly very busy, but David on the phone is a nightmare. Better off avoided

Doesn't respond to calls, or voicemails, doesn't follow up on whatsapp. Proper time waster.
