I had the pleasure of dealing with Tomas, Pat and David in Clontrac Ltd. It was regarding agricultural mowers. The guys answered all my calls as I had a lot of questions. They had excellent customers service, with very good technical knowledge. I would have no problem recommending them for any agricultural machinery or even advice. I will be going back to them for my next big purchase. thanks guys!

I bought a finishing mower from Thomas O Dea 11 months ago. I can say that I have got the best of advice and great service from Clontrac. Delivery to my pleasant surprise was the next day as I was under pressure to get grass cut at the time. I have used this mower constantly since then cutting an 8 acre sports facility, I have sharpened and balanced the blades twice and greased regularly, still working on original drive belts. Great machine.

Excellent service, i bought a machine from Thomas a few weeks ago all done over the phone had it in a few days. I definitely will be going back to Clontrac lTD again

It's good to see that Clontrac have mostly good reviews and it's a reason we chose to enquire about a new verge/flail mower for our Kubota 25 HP tractor. We explained our needs to the salesperson and they recommended the 1.25 m wide Clontrac flail mower. I paid €2700 and it was delivered a week later. It was evident straight away that the mower was too big and heavy for our tractor. We explained to Clontrac that their recommendation was wrong and we wouldn't be able to use the mower. We said we would like to send it back and get a refund. After a while they agreed to take it back but they charged us €217.40 for "use of the machine" and €147.60 for transportation. We feel we have been robbed somewhat of nearly €360 and don't feel we could recommend dealing with this company. Either the salesperson should admit a mistake in the recommendation, or Clontrac need to study better the capabilities of 25hp tractors. Ps we also use many other implements with the Kubota and other mowers with no issue. We are disappointed to say the least. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience as they seem good enough folk 👍.

Wanted to purchase a hedgecutter from here. We had agreed the model and price. I also required an A frame to be made and invoiced separately. I had 2 questions about the machine , got no reply. 3 days later asked again, still no reply. Rang twice, no answer. That week I located a similar machine in Denmark, with the options I was enquiring about. Bought it, had it delivered and am in process of fitting it.
