I just picked up my new van from Colm today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Colm and Ben were absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I gave Colm a budget for a specific type of van I was looking for, and he took care of everything — sourcing it, importing it, fully servicing it, and even fitting a new timing belt. He genuinely goes above and beyond what you’d expect. He also organised extras like having a reversing camera fitted, bringing the van to get graphics done, and taking care of the DOE testing — all with a guaranteed pass. They even arranged finance where needed, making the whole process completely hassle-free. What really stood out was that Colm actually came in under my budget, even though he could have charged the full amount. On top of that, he added new seat covers and hubcaps — a great finishing touch. This is my second time buying from them, and once again the experience was seamless. They take all the stress out of the process, and it’s very easy to trust them completely. Their passion for what they do is clear, and it’s no surprise they’ve built such a strong reputation over the years. I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks again, Colm and Ben!

Bought a car this time last year from Colm and his son Ben. Have been bitterly disappointed with the standard of the car. There was a large mark on the car which i was given €150 "compensation" when i bought it. Only to be quoted €350 when i brought it to fixed in Dublin. Had the car less than 48 hours and the issues began. Ive had issues with the thermostat, the sensors in the exhaust, glow plugs, car tracking is off. And later on discovered the car was burning oil. Colm fixed some of the issues under warranty but it was a nightmare. The first 6 months I owned the car it spent 2 months being repaired. The car was sent back to me without the repairs being carried out as their mechanic couldn't diagnose the problem without the on board computer to tell him. (It turned out to be a big job). I had to have the car diagnosed in Dublin and send it back up for repairs. They spent 4 weeks driving the car with new glowplugs before finally replacing the particular matter sensor which was on 2 diagnostic machines. I live outside Carlingford so when I bought the car I was told I could use my own mechanic to get any repairs done under the warranty. Its a lie. Dont fall for it. When I rang up looking for receipts for the repairs as I needed them as I was selling the car on, less than 8 months after I bought it due to it burning oil i was told they we're sorry to hear that. Even though they knew I had spent thousands looking for a reliable family car for myself and my autistic son. After weeks of trying to get receipts of the repairs carried out, and arguing about work done to the Particular matter sensor, I had tp resort to threaten legal action. Ben his son claimed the particular matter sensor wasnt replaced as it hadn't needed to be. When I sent him 2 different diagnosis by two separate mechanics he miraculously produced a receipt he claimed he didnt have. I'm bitterly disappointed with the car. Bitterly disappointed with Colm and Ben. Wouldn't buy from them again

Colm and the lads went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new car. Having bought many cars off colm before he was the only choice,and once again made life very easy! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to source a new car!
