I am very frustrated and disappointed with my experience dealing with Khyri at Colm Quinn BMW. This happened a few weeks ago, but I only had time now to write this review because I felt my experience should be shared. The first time I visited, I was looking at a Mercedes E-Class. Khyri was friendly and helpful, and I left with a good impression. He even took the time to look into figures such as what the monthly payments would be. I will be fair and say that after that visit, I did not get back in touch as I had since purchased another car, which changed my plans. I returned later to discuss trading in my current car and possibly purchasing a 2023 Mercedes C-Class. In the dealership, Khyri seemed fine, but I felt I did not receive much attention when it came to discussing my trade-in. I was asked to send my car details over WhatsApp, which I did. After that, during a phone conversation, I asked if he could check a few figures for me while I was considering my options. Instead of feeling like a customer being helped, I felt I was treated like I was wasting his time. The conversation came across as rude and dismissive, and I was very disappointed with how I was spoken to. After the call, Khyri messaged to say he would not be able to make a deal on my car. I was also disappointed that the conversation then appeared to move towards trying to make a sale with my girlfriend. After the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable doing business with him. Spending €35,000 on a car is not something you do from one day to the next. It takes time, research, asking questions, and sometimes being unsure before making a decision. That does not mean someone is wasting your time. I hope other customers who need time to think about such a big purchase are treated with more patience and respect. Unfortunately, what started as a positive experience ended very differently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Khyri.
