Conlans Jaguar LandRover

Dealing with Andrew really made the decision to purchase my first landrover very easy. He has a great attitude and was great to deal with even to the point of courtesy aftercare. So far I couldn’t be happier.

My experience here was a great one. From the receptionists to the door to the Financial and Service department showed first class customer service skills. They are so professional and engaged with me. Whenever my car went for service Conlans make sure I get a 100% satisfaction by giving a car that matches with what I already have for comfortability. And their cost of servicing is reasonable. I'll like to appreciate these staff Aaron, John Phelan and Mark for their outstanding professionalism in the service and financial department.

Was there on the 3rd talking to Paul. Quoted a price for myself jeep thousands less than what I was offered from other dealers. He was telling me how good the customer service is i can't say that. He didnt respond when I said the price was way undervalued. Or he didnt respond to my husband. No out service email. Very disappointing service actually no service. Good for customers to know prior to purchasing.

Bought my BMW from Conlan’s at the end of September had our first issue in October (car was missing a part from the engine) took until January to get booked in to get it resolved.. was in there for 3 weeks and after collecting the car a new issue arose.. leaking coolant. Have been back and forth for two weeks calling every day to try get some help but have been flogged off every time. Have no car at the moment as it can’t be driven. Still waiting on a resolution but seems I will continue waiting until it’s out of warranty so it is no longer their responsibility. Terrible customer service - Would not recommend..🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬
