Kevin took his time to attend to all my questions regarding the car and my trade in car. Delta car sale also have fantastic after sales team who are always very ready to attend to everyone.

COWBOYS , Avoid Delta Car Sales at all costs I bought my first car from them in August 2025, trusting that I was dealing with a professional and reputable garage. Instead, the entire experience turned into months of stress, excuses, and shocking customer service. The car had a serious fault where it repeatedly dropped out of gear into neutral while driving. From August to December 2025, the car was constantly in and out of Delta for repairs, yet they never actually fixed the issue. I was regularly left without a car for weeks at a time while they supposedly worked on it. At the beginning, Luke and Kevin could not have been nicer while taking my money. Once problems started arising, their attitudes completely changed. Both became rude, dismissive, and extremely difficult to deal with. Any time I rang, I was usually told that Luke was “not in today” and apparently nobody else in the entire office was capable of helping me. After months of getting nowhere, I had no choice but to involve my solicitor. In February 2026, Luke finally agreed to issue me a full refund. Even then, the ordeal continued. I was refused a payment date, my emails were ignored, and I was left for days with no car and no refund. During this time, Luke apparently went on a three-week holiday - something I only found out when Kevin casually mentioned it over the phone after weeks of unanswered emails. What made it even more frustrating was being told by Kevin, who supposedly works in the finance department, that he “couldn’t speak to accounts” and that only Luke could deal with the refund. The complete lack of professionalism and accountability was unbelievable. I understand cars can develop faults, but the way I was treated throughout this process was absolutely disgraceful. As a female buying my first car, I felt completely dismissed once they had my money. I WILL NEVER recommend this garage to anyone. STAY AWAY
