Richard took time to explain to me what was wrong in a clear, unhurried manner and I was told what needed to be done and what could wait until further down the line, which made a nice change from every other experience that I've had with mechanics over the years. 5/5

I contacted them for a quote and was told they don’t work on Japanese-imported cars. For a common car like a Honda Fit, this felt unnecessarily restrictive. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
