What stood out most was their honesty and transparency. I felt confident I was getting a good deal, with everything clearly explained and no pressure at any point. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and even after the purchase, the service remained excellent. Any follow-up questions were handled quickly and helpfully. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. Ben and Muhammed are two extremely helpful people who made the entire process of buying the car from them smooth and trouble free. I had a million questions, specially because it is a Jap Import, and they ensured they answered all questions to the very end, even if not good news. There was no malice, no intend to sell early and get rid of me and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. If I buy a Jap import again, I will go back to them, definitely. And the car, a BMW 5 series, is a beauty. Top spec, will never get in UK/IRE market, flawless and very low mileage. Highly Recommend this dealer. P.S. Gave me full tank of petrol, washed and kept everything ready for me, were always available over text and phone, and added in an extra new charger for free at the end, all without asking. Also ensured the car was covered under their insurance till I sorted out mine.

I will recommend DCM to anybody who is looking for a second hand car. Both Mohammed and Ben are great. The process of purchasing my 330e was made very easy and this was helped due to the quick responses they provided to my queries.The car is tops spec, low mileage, they serviced the car, washed it, gave a full tank and provided a charging cable. When the time comes to switch the car they will be the first place where I will go.

Got a BMW from them with a minor fault, which was then fixed very quickly under warranty. Apart from that, they washed the car and fill up the fuel tank to the max! Fair play to this dealer and will recommend it to anyone. Shoutout for Mohamed and Ben in giving their customer a 5-star service.
