Fantastic dealership. Ed and Monica were both very helpful and friendly. When I discovered that the passenger wing mirror wasn't working, Ed got it fixed at no extra charge. He also offered to drive my car down from Bray to Wicklow Town if I couldn't arrange transport myself. The car was in great condition when I got the keys and found the price to be great value for a first time buyer like myself. Am loving my car...would highly recommend this service!

I bought a car from this garage a few months ago, and want to tell you of my experience with Ferndale Car Sales Ltd. This man is not a decent man. He sold me the car in good faith but when I brought the car home, I realised there was a tyre pressure monitor sensor gone, which was no big deal. When I got the sensor fixed, my own mechanic was shocked when he discovered that all four tyres were split on the inside. Ed said he didn't know about that, but never even apologised or offered the warranty to cover it. This man sold me a car that was not road worthy. I could've been killed. Also, at the time of sale, I pointed out that there was only one key for the car and it was agreed that he would organise a spare key for me. This never happened. I phoned him twice, to which I was fobbed off and all of my emails were ignored. DO NOT buy from this man. He is not a decent person.
