I recently bought a car here. I was dealing with John Madden and Aoife and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. I had a million silly questions and John didn't make me feel one bit dismissed, in fact he gave me really strong direction. I also rang the showroom several times and Aoife was the same, always ready to support and help. I didn't feel pushed, I felt informed - I haven't always had that experience when buying a car. I will absolutely be recommending Finbarr Galvin to anyone looking to buy a car. I felt the end to end experience of purchasing a car here was brilliant. I love the car and I feel like I have made a strong and informed decision.

We recently purchased our second car with Galvins, the sales man David O'Donovan was so professional, efficient, paperwork was timely, car a valeted to the highest standard. As always a great service, prompt, no delays, full handover with full details explained on the new car. Declan (the Dub) is always obliging with the set up explained in easy terms with the new technology of how things worked on the car & also test drive prior to leaving the garage to make sure that I was comfortable with the car.

Not a great experience unfortunately. John is probably the worst sales person i have met. He started off by telling me how bad the car was. I appreciate his honesty but I have no idea how he ever gets a sale. He didn’t really know what he was talking about or how to go about showing a car to someone. He first didn't even show me the car i was enquiring about. He showed me a different car and I had to ask to see the car i was enquiring about. Anyhow, I couldn't recommend the place and I will buy my new car elsewhere.
