I bought a car from here with such an excellent deal. Fantastic service and friendly Nick. Nick got me the NCT before I got my car. Down to earth person. I would recommend this place at 101%. I would come here again in the future to buy my second car.

We received first class customer service from start to finish! We were travelling from outside of Dublin to view the car and Nick was so accommodating to us, even keeping the garage open late when we were caught in traffic. We were kept informed every step of the way regarding NCT and VRT which was so reassuring, and Nick is just an absolute gentleman to deal with. We would not hesitate to buy our next car from here, but with the beautiful condition of the Lexus we just bought that might not be for a long time yet! Can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a beautiful Lexus NX300 F Sport from Nick in First Choice Autos last month - very happy customers 👌 - such a beautiful looking car and with the moonroof feature it’s a joy to be in - especially for the kids in the back. Paid 200 euros extra to get my full amount of money back -Very unpleasant experience from this garage.no transparency and honest communication regarding the damages.was dealing with Nick on phone. he Was very nice over phone. Deposit was made immediately for Lexus ct200 2018 model after my friend went for a test drive.and car was delivered after six days by Nick himself.car arrived with multiple scratches all over the car. Dashboard of passenger seat side has wear and tear. There was multiple times conversation over msgs and call regarding the car details if any damage that I should be aware of ; was completely re assured by Nick that I don't have to worry which I believed. While seeing rating of the garage and speaking to him I trusted and paid further full amount before he delivered car. When I discussed with him that he didn't mention about the scratches and wear and tear. Nick was upset and said it's an old car . And was not cooperating. When he left I noticed the loose part from left headlight.which I immediately notified.he agreed to fix. After all this stress and inspection I requested for refund.for which he was uncooperative and said to deliver car and then he ll return my amount despite knowing car wasn't on my name and my work schedule. car was delivered to him after Nick's suggestion for tow truck to deliver. I received my amount after an hour I confirmed him that tow truck for car is booked. I would not recommend this garage after this unpleasant experience and dishonest dealing. pictures are attached.
