Mark stepped in at very short notice to arrange a refrigerated van when one of our delivery vehicles broke down. Saved us a load of hassle and even dropped it off to our premises more than 50km away. Saved us a lot of unhappy customers. It's good to see that great customer service is still out there.

Just avoid them!! and be sure to do all your homework and have a mechanic of your own check everything in detail .dont leave that yard without a warranty of least 6 months won't ring you back either or respond to anything . SIMI or whatever body regulates these should remove them from ever been involved in the motor trade

Rang Mark on Thursday evening to confirm that a particular truck was still available and he told me it was so I arranged to travel down Friday morning first thing to view it. I brought a driver with me in case a deal could be made and we would drive off. Got there at 9.25am and we where nothing but an inconvenience to the guy at the desk, (Mark was not available) he would not look up from his phone or get up from his desk, he pointed to somewhere in the yard where the truck might be, we searched for 20 mins it wasn't there, again we spoke to him and he pointed us in a different direction again the truck was not there. I went back to the Shack that this business is run out of and he then tells me that the truck was sold weeks ago. I asked could he show me some other trucks and he refused to get up off his desk. A sad excuse for a sales professional, following some derogatory comments from this cretin we left with our substantial amount of cash still in the bank. First Choice should be your Last Choice. Avoid like the plague I think we dodged a bullet by not buying here.
