We have just spent 4 weeks touring the West Coast of Ireland. Probably, the highlight of the trip was the people - so engaging, welcoming, friendly and relaxed. Not quite the same at Galway Trucks though is it? When we were in Galway and we had a major incident with our truck that needed proper Iveco support. So, I called you as the nominated local Iveco dealer. Your response could not have been less friendly. Put simply, the, not so nice Basil, absolutely refused to even look our vehicle, even less repair it! When I pleaded for some help (the van was on the low loader recovery vehicle), Basil’s response was “they are only interested in helping their customers”. Hmm. Isn’t a main dealer there to help? What an amazing response from an Iveco dealer? But looking at their reviews, it became very obvious that this response is typical of Galway Truck. Should anyone have the misfortune to need support on their Iveco platform vehicle then we found the most amazing and helpful company.
