I am leaving this review to warn others about my experience at this dealership. I came in to assist my mother with refinancing her car and was dealt with by the owner of gps car sales olivor who initially requested a €3,000 deposit. After negotiation, we agreed on €1,000, with his assurance that the finance would be approved and the process would go smoothly. None of that happened. The finance did not go through, nothing went smoothly, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this, my €1,000 deposit has still not been returned to me. This is completely unacceptable. Taking a deposit, making promises you cannot deliver on, and then refusing to refund a customer’s money is not only bad business practice it may also have legal implications. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this dealership to be very cautious, get everything in writing, and think twice before handing over any money.
