We recently bought our motorhome from Hagans and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top class. A special mention has to go to Leigh, who was fantastic throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, always helpful, friendly and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. It’s lovely to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and go that extra mile. Found our perfect motorhome here. Jolon the salesman wasn’t pushy and let us take our time looking round and if he didn’t have an answer he went away and came back with one for us. We had a slight issue about a month after buying our camper but this was not a problem. Simply phoned the service/warranty team and they said bring it up. Repaired quickly and now we are back to enjoying our tours. If you are looking to buy then don’t overlook Hagans, we have been more than happy with the way we were treated and feel secure knowing if anything goes wrong then a simple phone call is all that is needed.

Called Hagans who are local to me because I had a flat jockey wheel. I couldn't get the van hooked up as it was sitting too low . Gareth called out and fitted a new jockey wheel and was absolutely amazing. Can't recommend them enough.

Peculiar salesman. Approached him in the office, asked a few questions and he just sat there and said “Check the website.” Tried to tell me a 4 berth is not suitable for two adults and two small kids. Found him arrogant and lazy, couldn’t be bothered doing his job.
