Fantastic service as always from Hinchys Kia, excellent sales and post sales service - both of which are equally important. Declan in Garryspillane was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he listened to us while we were trading in, considered our current & future needs and helped us think about our choice. We have driven Kia Sportage models for years and Declan helped us think about this trade in. Because he listened to us he was able to challenge us to ensure we were making the best choice for our needs. Many sales personnel can talk at you but Declan talks to you - he was just brilliant from start to finish. He called with updates during our new purchase & followed up to check how everything was going as we made our first move to an electric vehicle. Having purchased from Hinchys and serviced cars here for years - I know I can purchase with confidence knowing they care after the sale too. As for the car - the EV5 is just spectacular & our family love it! It’s a big updgrade from our Sportage which we loved too, but we are delighted with our new car.
