Hi I had an issue with a car that I didn’t even purchase from here. My original garage rang down to them to see if they could help me and a lovely lady called Anna jumped straight in to help us out. My car got an all Ireland call back for a minor issue. Booked an appointment with Hugo Loonams motors and the repair was completed in the time said. Very friendly staff too. Great service

Fantastic service as always from Hugo and the team at Hugo Loonam Motors. Delighted with the Suzuki I purchased and the customer care from the service dept. Recommended if you’re looking for a new or used car in the midlands of Ireland.

The level of disrespect from some employees here is ridiculous. I was talked down to and given zero information on my car unless i reached out myself. My Citroen car had an ECU issue that has been ongoing so I decided to have the car towed to Hugo Loonam as that’s where I had bought it a few years back. Took 2.5 weeks to get an appointment and then the car proceeded to stay in the garage for a week with no work done with the claim they had “too many cars” to work on. Once the job was “finished”, they proceeded to tell me that there was an Ad Blue system issue they couldn’t fix, despite it being a Citeron garage. I was then charged for the work they completed and was left with an engine light, an Ad Blue light and a service light and a reference to yet ANOTHER mechanic which I have to book myself. The car was also absolutely filthy, it was covered in mold (from a window being open and no care taken to prevent that or to clean it) and broken parts of my car. Avoid this place at all costs.
