Avoid if you are buying from the Republic of Ireland (ROI). We purchased a 2020 Kawasaki Mule Pro DX from Hunter Kane & Son for £16,200.00, dealing directly with Joshua Kane. We experienced severe issues regarding consumer legislation compliance and vehicle safety standards. The vehicle was completely unfit for purpose, forcing us to issue a formal Notice of Rejection of Goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Joshua wanted to perform a repair and falsely claimed that his warranty obligations would void our statutory consumer rights. We ultimately had to issue a Final Demand before we were finally paid back in full. Their handling of this transaction resulted in a formal misconduct and safety violation complaint being filed directly with Kawasaki Motors UK Customer Services. Proceed with caution.
