The whole experience was great. Silos, the salesperson we dealt with, was fantastic. Very attentive and listened to what we wanted. The test drive in the Ioniq 6 was really good and long, so you got a feel for the car. The car was explained to us without being rush. When it can to the nitty gritty of sitting down to discuss a deal, it was simple, easy and very clear. Overall an enjoyable experience and we couldn't recommend Hyundia Dundrum highly enough and in particular Silas. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2022 Tucson N-Line from this dealership, trading in my previous car as part of the deal. Good experience, communication was great as i needed a wiper with my service, price was reasonable. Only thing was they didn't fix the clicking in the wheels. They said they couldnt hear it but you need the window down to hear it(my fault as i didnt tell.them that part) my headlamp allighment was also off and they adjusted that( just hope it doesnt return again as it was second time being adjusted) they also didnt top up everything to full marker however, not the end of the world. But overall very good experience. I will go again as it is more convenient for me with work. They washed the car too and made it look nice. Car feels smoother to drive too. They did a good job. Worked well for me as i went to work and came back later in the day for it.

Sale of new car went well, aftersales shocking. Manager?went on about "how busy he was". Insisted on telling me what happened when he didnt know, threatened to and then hung up. Don't be fooled by the niceties when your money is still in your pocket. Think carefully about buying here.

Will never recommend them,bought a car on a rainy day when they were closing for december,got home realised the car had scratches,notified them in less than 30 minutes after collecting the car,never entertained me,went back to them as that was not all,noticed that the tyres were badly crqcked after a month of purchase(could not pick up early due to constantly wet weathers)Tim the manager told me that l wasn't a mechanic how do l know that the tyres are cracked?very bad listeners as l said cracked not worn out.got videos of the tyres will definately take this up with the ombudsmen
