Just collected my 2nd Kia EV6 in just over a year and a half from Jack Doran’s. Have dealt with Nigel Farrell on both occasions. Fantastic to deal with, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this dealership for your next Kia or Citroen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to leave a review to thank the team for their help with an ongoing issue on my Kia Niro. From start to finish, Katie was absolutely fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, always returned calls, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. When you’re dealing with a vehicle issue, good communication makes all the difference, and Katie’s professionalism and customer service were second to none. I’d also like to thank JJ for all his help and assistance throughout the process. Both were a pleasure to deal with. The fault turned out to be a very difficult one to diagnose, requiring significant investigation and input from Kia Ireland. While it was understandably frustrating being without my car for so long, the effort that went into finding the root cause was clear to see, and I always felt that the team were doing everything they could to get to the bottom of it.
