Delivery team managed to get my unit in through an awkward building and flight of stairs without any hassle and ensured unit was satisfactory and fully working before leaving. Highly disappointed with the way I was treated by Conor !!! I am currently putting together a food trailer and was recommended by a friend to visit jacksons for my equipment . Mary was my first point of contact and she was lovely. Mary had told me that everything I asked for was in stock and she would get back to me with a price . I called on three different occasions as I was against the clock to get my project finished . On the third and final call I got speaking to conor who would not move forward with the sale . Conor gave an explanation of he does not deal to trade . The call got awkward and we had to leave it there . I am a costumer not a seller . Although he had the stuff to sell he directed me to another company CKS catering who was more than happy to help . I am very disappointed as I believe in shopping local and was not able to in this occasion. Surprising as this company came highly recommended.
